Conrad has been studying the piano since he was four and his studies include a Jazz Improvisation course under the supervision of Mro. Paul Abela. Although Conrad has his own band, he also plays with a lot of different musicians and singers in various functions and weddings. Nowadays people tend to associate him with the Voices concert as well as his Live Musical Entertainment business. On a different note, Conrad is also an Accounting, Economics and Mathematics teacher. |

ALEX DEBONO

Instrument: Drums
Alex is a professional drummer, currently playing with the local band the Residents. Since he started playing the drums at the age of 14, he has performed in various musicals such as Les Miserables, Jesus Christ Super Star, Fame, and many others. Apart from playing at the Malta Jazz Festival five times with Mro. Paul Abela, the Big Band and the band Noir, he has also played various concerts with Kris Spiteri such as in The Seven Last Words of Christ, the Fossil Awards in Germany, and backing up William Mangion in Piazza del Popolo in Rome. At Present he is endorsed with Meinl Cymbals in Germany.

JONATHAN SPITERI

A scientist by day and a versatile musician by night, Jonathan started piano lessons at the age of five under the tutorship of Mrs D Amodio Chircop LRSM, eventually obtaining his FLCM Diploma in piano performance. He also studied theory and harmony under Mro. Ronnie Debattista and obtained his ALCM Diploma in harmony and orchestration. Jonathan has featured in several solo concerts both locally and abroad, including in Italy, Croatia, and Germany. He has also participated in several workshops and master classes with renowned pianists Michele Campanella at the Accademia Musicale Chigiana, Siena, and with Michel Leduc in Split, Croatia. Recently, Jonathan was the keyboardist for the pantomime Jack and the Beanstalk at the Manoel Theatre. Jonathan currently plays with the locally renowned Big Band Brothers.

KEVIN VELLA

Instrument: Guitar
Since catching the guitar bug back in 1986, Kevin has been engaged to supply six-string services for various leading Maltese live artists and bands, including Ivan Filletti, Miriam Christine, The New Harmonics, and Kristina Casolani. He has also contributed to several studio recordings as a session guitarist, and is occasionally taken by surprise when the local airwaves play the strains of his vibrating G-string back to him. In 'real life', Kevin is actually a computer scientist and holds a PhD (of the academic variety).

ERIC WADGE

Instrument: Bass
A notary by profession and a musician by calling, Eric has been playing gigs in bars and clubs all over the island since 1993. Throughout the years, he has played with a large variety of bands and artists including Bigfoot, Walter Micallef, the Domenic Galea Band, Quicksand, Almost Human, the William Mangion Band, RUG, and a great many others. Eric currently plays bass with the Big Band Brothers and Rug, and he also plays guitar with Ivan Filletti.

DENISE AZZOPARDI

Instrument: Vocals
Denise Azzopardi began classical voice training with soprano Miriam Cauchi at the Johann Strauss School of Music in 1999 and completed eight years of study at the school in 2007. Her music studies consisted of three years of violin technique, theory of music, and solfeggio. She has performed during several concerts at the music school and during a lunchtime concert organised by the Malta Council for Art and Culture, held at the Sala Isouard, Manoel Theatre. She has also taken part in a number of musicals such as Les Miserables and The Magic of the Musicals, staged by Act React. Denise has also sung in choirs abroad, namely in North Carolina, US, and with the Collegium Musicum Choir directed by Mro Dion Buhagiar, in Malta and Sicily.

JUSTIN GALEA

The youngest member in Porn, Justin is 21 years old and currently reading for an IT degree at the University of Malta. He started studying classical piano and music theory at the age of seven, holding various certificates in performance up till Grade 8, obtained under the tuition of Ms D Amodio Chircop LRSM. At the age of ten, he began studying the flute with flutist and pianist Natasha Chircop. His passion for singing started two years ago when he joined the Strummin' Home pop/rock choir and the Enkor Gospel choir, and he currently sings as a soloist for both. Last year, he participated with the Voices choir singing Grace Kelly by Mika and Andrea Bocelli's version of Caruso and he also won the Louis Naudi Award. |

PHILIPA FARRUGIA RANDON

Instrument: Vocals
Philipa is a graduate in Anthropology and Teaching and also has obtained her ATCL in pianoforte performance. She has been singing for many years (in Malta and abroad) and apart from appearing on television several times, she has also conducted her own programmes. In 1999, Philipa was a member of the group Times Three, which represented Malta in the Eurovision Song Festival of that year. She has taught music for a number of years and is currently teaching History and Art at St Michael Foundation. |
